Pitch to Voltage conversion.

Hi...

I'm wondering if anyone here can recommend, or put me on the trail of, a pitch-to-voltage converter. I'm having trouble finding anything very useful in my search thusfar. Essentially I am looking to power different motors depending on a range of pitches that it will be 'listening' for. I just have to find the right tools to read and interpret this data.

Any help you could offer would be appreciated!

There are certainly frequency to voltage vonverter chips. The pitch part seems like an audio problem. If you can convert the pitch to a frequency, you chould be all set.
