Looking to get 4 ac signals into a BS2 and had planned on using the OPTO22 G4 IAC5. This really consumes more space than I had planned. What is everyone else using?

What voltage? What frequency? What do you want to do with them once you get them "into the BS2"?

    110vac 60hz

The switching frequency will be low.

Just using them as a binary input for program selection

Crydom has some but I don't know if they would be any smaller. Alltronics had some in their last add in nuts and volts.

Try an AC input opto coupler, PS2506, for example. Use dropping resistor on AC side, watch power rating on this resistor.
