hi everbody,

BigTroubles with Servo-control and PropStickUSB

excuses if I irritate again, so:

the simpleServo3.spin program (lookat simpleServoStick1.zip) works with the Propeller-Demo-Board perfectly with 2 micro-buttons.

But, I want control the servos with the PropellerStickUSB pursue. I have cabled the PropStick on a laborCard.
look at servoTestBoard.jpg.

if i use the Stick and simpleServoStick1.spin

Result: The Servo does not run.smhair.gif
mine distributor could not helpsmhair.gif me by telephone. if everything has tried out
No effect.
if somebody maybe have a idea: Run 1 Servo with 2-Control-Button with the
PropStick and a my Spin-Program.

I have properly despaired, now the big Servos for my project are there,
and running with the DemoBoard and the simpleServo3.spin.

would be around every help gladly
hardware info's or source-code
Please help
Greetings

The servo ground and the PropStick ground have to be connected together and it's not clear from your schematic if that is so.

You should check what You have connected to pin 12 and pin 32 - according to Your scheme you feed 6-9 volt to pin 12 and 3.3 v to pin 32. Shouldn't it be 3.3 v to both? Or even just to one of them. Are your ground connections connected to a 'common' ground?

On the switches, if those are in fact SPDT, then it is not clear what is the wiper position. I would look at it quickly and think you have 3.3V connected straight to GND in one position.

    nomad,

Still not quite right, IMHO. (look at what figure we see of your schematic)

P01 - has extra bends; just not asthetic.
pins 9, 10 - not really connected to Gnd.
pin 11 - RESn s/b connected to downloader circuitry.
    pin 12 - s/b 3.3v, no?

Possibly not all accounted for, but hopefully gets you closer to a complete schematic.

Of course, this is again, my opinion.

This is the PropStick USB, so it has the 3.3 V regulator on board and will accept 5-9 volts in on Vin (Pin 12) and generate 3.3 v at 400 ma for use elsewhere on VDD (Pin 32).· All of the EEPROM,·crystal oscillator, USB interface, etc is already on the clip.· Very nice product, I must say!
