Hi everybody! . I'm also working on CMUcam2 vision sensor. I accidentally mounted the camera in the inverted position on the vision board, then turned it on. so the red LED was on. I turned it off immediately after realizing it was inverted..I turned it on again and then connected it to the serial port..It was detected in the hyperterm..Does it mean there was no hardware damage caused by the inverted mounting of the camera? Your help will be so much appreciated..Thanks...

I think there was no damage. the CMUcams are pretty shock resistant UNLESS you touch their CMOS cameras
NEVER DO THAT!

do you know how to detect objects with the CMUcam1?
make me an example program for detecting a black object please!
