HB25 Problem

edited 2007-02-01 21:15 in BASIC Stamp
ok, i have a problem with the HB25 motor controller. i have both a bs2 and a bs2sx, my bot im building has 2 12v motors that i am trying to control with the·HB25. now i used the test program on the bs2 and it works like a charm. but the problem is that no matter what i do i cannot get the bs2sx (which is the actual robot cpu) to run them, i tried changing the program so that the pulsout pulse was correct with the .8 duration, but nothing works
it works with the bs2 but not with the bs2sx. i have tried everything i can think of. anyone have any idea whats going on?

extra info:
the pin im using is working
i have checked that the pulses are being sent

    Scotty,

I would recommend posting your code or at least the segment that sends the pulses to the HB-25. Take care.

ok sorry about the big rant, i found out that the bs2sx has some sort of a problem with the pulsout command. (i checked with an osiliscope and they are really messed up) the BS2sx is kinda old and it was really abused/mistreated so i guess i got what was coming. (luckily i was going to upgrade to the sx soon regardless) anyway im sorry for the meaningless post.
