When you turn the screwdriver (potentiometer) one way and then the other (far enough), does the servo change direction of rotation (when turning near the pot's center position)?

If so (as it should), then you should try an even lighter touch on the turns, so that you don't go past the "home" or "center" or "dead" spot.

If not, then there seems to be a problem with the servos (unlikely both though). If the servos do change direction, but you can not under any manner of light touch get them to stop, I suppose it's possible that those individual servos have a home point that is just too small to hit with the tool/technique given.

Most folks eventually do find they can hit·that sweet spot with a bit of practice, so give it another·try.

Well, it's time for you to ask your friend Google what she knows about "servo continuous rotation modify".

Sooner or later, you should trip across a description that looks eerily similar to your own dismantled servo(s). Then you should be able to inspect the pot to see if it is damaged or if it's readily adjustable and/or fixable·while you have the servo opened up.
