PCB Manufacturers ?

Hi all,
This forum has an awesome wealth of knowledge. Great work parallax !!

I am working on a circuit design using a BS2 controller. Where can I get my PCB manufactured (either in US or Canada - i live in canada though)? I would appreciate if readers from Toronto area can suggest some local PCB manufacturers too.

I highly recommend Alberta Printed Circuits for protos, and Lazer-Tech for production boards. Both are in Canada.

I'm in New Brunswick and have used ExpressPCB with good results. Very fast service, high quality, no problems with getting them across the border.

Parallax uses Advanced Circuits for thier prototypes, the quality is always top notch. Before I came to Parallax, my budget for such things was quite limited and I used BatchPCB ($10 per order (fixed regardless how many boards you submit) + 2.50/sqin), no handholding, lower quality, long turn around time (2+ weeks since they are made in China) but if you know what you are doing and money is a premium theres no cheaper service.

Not sure if you are using Eagle, but just in case, PCBexpress(now becoming Sunstone.com) will accept the .BRD files with no hassle converting gerbers on your end, just upload your Eagle file and the fast track is 2-3 days at your door.
