The infrared worked but the motors still will not respond. I was wondering if you have an existing program that works to accomplish our objective with which we can modify our own circuit to complement. We also have an alternative program that we'd like you to take a look at. Thanks again!

What motors are you using and how are they connected to the BASIC Stamp? Is there a motor controller involved? If so, which make/model?
The code you are using is setup for continuous rotation servos, so unless the motor controller responds to these types of signals the code will not work at written.
