Propeller IDE does not detect all USB to RS232 converters

Hi.

USB to RS232 converters/chips that work:
- FTDI FT232BM
- FTDI FT232R
- Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port

Converters that do not work:
- Silicon Labs CP2101 USB-UART Bridge

Any ideas why the silicon labs chip is not detected?
It appears as a comport in the device manager like all others.

    It could be that the DTR signal is either handled improperly or not at all. DTR is necessary to reset the Prop.

    DTR is not the problem. The problem is that the Propeller IDE does not detect this comport at all.
