can anyone tell me what to set the varibles to for a 640x480 screen with an 80mhz clock with the vga driver

    Which driver are you talking about? If you are talking about the vga bitmap driver than its not possible because 640x480 would take up more ram than is available on the current propeller. If you are talking about the vga_hires_text driver than the settings are in the CON block at the top of the driver object. Just comment out the 1024x768 settings and uncomment the 640x480 settings.
