BS2 Constant Clock Signal

I'm trying to interface with a device that must be supplied a clock signal. Is it possible to set an I/O pin to be a dedicated and constant clock signal and still be able to execute other processes with the BS2? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    No the bs2 can not multitask But you could use a 555 timer.
