Does anyone have an idea on how I could design a bumper skirt to connect to a robot that uses micro-switches. ·Maybe something I could use to build a skirt.

    Define 'bumper skirt' you could use coathanger wire to make a loop if that's what you mean.

    Stephen, I think he's referring to the broad semi-surrounding bumper like the iRobot Roomba has.

    itmhall, you might consider making one out of a margarine tub or similar plastic container, if the bot is small enough. A larger Tupperware container might work for bigger 'bots.
