Measuring small voltages and recording them

I know there is a tutoral somewere but i cant find it. I need to measure and record over time the voltages produced by a thermocouple and 02 sensor.

You should be able to use RCTime and a large capacitor to get a measurement. For recording, it would depend on how often you're measuring, how you want to retrieve the data, and any other parameters that might matter.
