This forums a fantastic resource, but tapping into it isn't as easy as it should be.
The "gopednation.com"··site forums are a good example of a better featured support forum.
The Goped factory used to be very close to Parallax's location·and it's purpose of supporting their product is the same. Except you can't expect kids to always act like adults, but for a "kids" site it is very full featured.
On this site, there's a lot of·good information beyond a year back and·Keywords used by the search engine, seem to only pertain to the titles and not the "content" of the thread. The Parallax·Google link is much better, Untill you see what you missed by searching the pages individually.
