General Discussion
I am looking for the lowest input triggering voltage for a ULN2803, switching output of 5 vdc.
Thanks Guido

Guido,
The datasheet for the ULN2803 shows it as a TTL level device, CMOS 5V compatible. The following web page shows the thresholds for different types of devices.
www.interfacebus.com/voltage_threshold.html
If I read this right, switching from 0v to high, the trigger should occur around 1.5 to 2 v.

Thank You,
I was worried I could not do a 5 vdc input and a supply output of 5vdc.
Thanks Again
