Hi, I've only used the Boe-Bot so I was wandering how to you hook up a 6-12V motor? Better yet two? Does it take 3 pins then?(5v*3[noparse][[/noparse]pins]=15v-resistor=12v)

I know nothing about the famed Boe-Bot. However, I am controlling a 4.5 - 8v motor with Parallax's Motor Mind B (MMB; actually, it is now the MMBe, the "e" stands for enhanced). One MMBe will control one motor.·Here is a link to·the spec sheet of the MMBe.

The MMBe is very easy to use. Whether it is your long term solution or not, it is well worth the money to learn about motor controllers.
