MMBe, Parallax PDB, and BS2p40

All--
My experiments with the BOE/BS2px and the MMBe have been very successful. Yet, when I moved the MMBe circuit to my PDB/BS2p40, I get nothing but the single green blink on the MMBe. Nothing appears in the debug window. I have tried using both baud rates which the MMBe is capable at 8,n,1, 2400 and 8,n,1, 9600. (2400 = 1021 and 9600 = 240)
If the circuit is right--and I have rebuilt it three times on the BOE successfully--then I wonder what might be wrong? I wonder if there is something that I do not know, and should, about the PDB and/or the BS2p40?

Ok. Double-duh on me. The high pins are over on a different connector!
