L6201 Full H-Bridge

I'm thinking of using this Item..L6201 Full H-Bridge to control one motor with PWM... has anyone used this Chip before?

Looking at the schematic of the chip and comparing it to an L298 , it appears that it has built in diodes to protect against Back EMF... So guessing that I wont need them external to the chip?

Can any show me examples of this Item?

    I would recommend the Alegro 3986 full bridge driver. It has built in everything you need.
