Looking for circuit designer

There is not a anything goes etc forum so i was unsure where to post such a request. i have done some searching online and most i ran across are over seas. Can anyone point me in the right direction to some us companys that can design us up something.

    I do board layout and population for a few guys in these forums. is that what you are looking for or actual circuit design?
