Subtraction

I'm sure I'm making an obvious mistake, but I'm baffled about how to get subtraction to work with signed integers. The attached code yields odd results - the first couple of entries are OK and then the results go awry. Thanks for the help!

The math seems to work ok, but formatting may be confusing it some.· Try buffering some spaces, and placement of the cursor before accepting data:
