Hi, EeveryOne

Can any one tell me where to buy milling bits for my Micro-Mill to make boards with

Came in today and i put it together· and adj the table

The table·is very nice you have chanels to hold thing down with

I try it out·by stalling the motor already·by hand and blew the fuse for motor

Now this·may seem foolish and you are right but i can tell you it has some·power to it for a small motor

If had the power of an Dermal Tool i would send it back

Thanks to anyone that can help me in this matter

Sam

I like it very much. It is a high quality mill, made in Germany and widely used in the jewelry and optics trades. The vertical column is very rigid and play-free. The table moves smoothly and precisely. The motor is quiet and does not vibrate, and it goes to 20,000 rpm, with the tungsten cutters you can mill just about anything if you're careful.

Here is a link where somebody did a cnc conversion on an MF 70:

    Rick,

Be sure to check J&L Industrial for end mills, too. McMaster Carr also has a nice selection.

These guys also "specialize" in small machine tools:

    http://www.campbelltools.com/

In addition to tooling, they probably also have other accessories that you might find usefull.· For those looking for small machines (lathes and/or milling machines) they have several models to choose from.

I have no financial interest, and have not bought much from them (at least yet), but they were helpful with my limites purchases thus far.
