eagle schematic

I am trying to learn eagle, so far I am trying to draw out a schematic, but I can't seem to find the ground symbol anywhere. Is this just something poeple are making with the wire tool or is there an actual symbol in eagle to use? All what about the symbol for positive voltage, it looks like an upside down triangle

look under the supply heading, you will see all the supply symbols

I see no such heading anywhere, where is it located at?
