Where can I find a a 2x10 extension cable for AppMod socket?

I have the LCD Terminal AppMod that I want to hook-up to a H/W board.
I figure I can re-wire (mid-section) an AppMod extension cable, and plug one row of one end's connector into my IO header. (I'll hardwire the power and ground)
I'm a novice when it comes to spec-ing or finding cables and connectors.
Any suggestions on where I can find a pre-assembled short ribbon cable?
I'd expect these to be commercially available... otherwise, everyone using the LCD AppMod would be plugging it directly into the AppMod socket on their BOE boards?
