PBASIC to JAVA Communication

Hi, I'm working on a project involving taking measurements with the PING Ultrasonic sensor using BASIC Stamp 2. I have to transfer the data received into a JAVA program. How do I make PBASIC and JAVA communicate, or transfer my data from the PBASIC program to my JAVA program.
