pinheader wires

Does anybody know how the sockets are called that are on one end
of the wires supplied with the Pink module?
http://www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=30013
(green wires on the image).
I assume these sockets are crimped onto the cable
and I am looking for such a crimptool to make
my own wires with sockets on both ends.
Anybody know any supplier?

regards peter

    Peter,

·· Jameco sells the crimp on ends as well as the tool to do this.· The catalog usually refers to the tool part number and page where the pins themselves are.

·· Just looked in the catalog…Part # 100765 should be a useable crimp female connector.· It recommends Crimp Tool #99442.· I hope this helps.· Take care.
