An 8 pin DIP with markings on top RCA 323 and 92967, stamped on bottom 6PSTV and P3115 from a Ferrari
Unable to locate what this chip is, but the controller board is over 400 bucks so it would be nice to find a replacement chip.
This is the only chip on the board. It seems to be a driver that drives a magnetic motor to drive the speedometer
I can find out more info but I thought some old RCA guy might have a bunch of these chips in a drawer somplace.

Think Inside the box first and if that doesn't work..
Re-arrange what's inside the box then...
Think outside the BOX!

This seems to be just transistors in an IC package.
If that is the case, replacement with something more generic should be quite affordable.
What ever you do, don't say Ferrari [unless you want to pay more].

Too many websites listing 'PDF for $$$'.
Since this is Siemens, I suspect you can go directly to their site and get free info.
If you look at the cross-references, there are 2nxxxx listings.
This is why I think it is merely transistors.

So, try Phillips as well.
