homemade video recorder using clover CCD & SanDisk 1GB flash card

I have·some old Clover CCD cameras 380·& 480 lines·and a 1GB SanDisk Flash memory card -- I would like to make a simple homemade video recoder. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to save the video in mpeg format to the Flash mem card? Is there a chip that can do this for me... or does somebody have a suggestion on how to store the video on the flash card?
