Hi,
first of thanks for any help you can offer. I am new to the stamp world , so Im going to need it.
My Project:
I need to control 20 or 40 realy outputs.I am going to close one contact every 2 seconds only one output on per a time.
I will be looking for my test signal with a scanner. Current should be very low. I know this should be a simple circut but would like to see some examples. Should I use relays or opto's for outputs? Whats a good stamp for a beginer?

I had almost the same question a while back. Take a look at this thread, paying particular attention towards the end of it and the description of the TPIC6595 . . .

I hope that helps a bit!

ps Basically, the circuits are so simple that even I can build them. Maybe.
