Volume pricing for the Propeller chip

Was talking to a friend about the Propeller chip the other day, and about the possibilities it presents for relatively small runs of consumer electronics products. For such products, cost is the primary driver when deciding the components to use, and whilst that means for very high volumes you'd almost always end up using ASICs, for more modest runs of hundreds, thousands or possibly tens of thousands it struck me that the Propeller might well be viable.
The only volume pricing I've seen was quite some time ago before the price drop, so I'm wondering if one of you Parallax guys could give me an indication prices for bulk orders?

Who says you have to have knowledge to use it?
I've killed a fly with my bare mind.
