Isolating BS2 pins using 4N35 optoisolators

I would like to use 4N35 optoisolators to isolate several pins of my BS2. The output of the 4N35 will turn on a relay driver transistor (be connected to the base of the transistor). Does anyone have a working schematic or know where to find one, showing how to do this? Thanks.

Here's one I use alot

Pin #2 goes to Vss of course I use 4AA for 5V bus or any DC supply will do as long as it doesn't power the Stamp.
