BasicStamp and ToothPIC

hello,
I've got a ToothPIC and a BasicStamp.
I'm using FlexiPanel Designer to make a program and program the BasicStamp with the serial connectro db9.
In the project I want to remote a car with Bluetooth with a PDA (with flexipanel Client), but first I want to controll 4 led's.
First we used the FlexiPanel but some way he's broken.
Now we orded the Toothpic but it will not work anyway. In the attachment you can see how I connect it.
Does anybody have any experience working with the basic stamp and the toothpic?? Or a program how i can test it.
