Wireless Ethernet Revisited
There have a few threads on using wireless adapters to get from a PINK to wireless ethernet (802.11b/g).· These all seem to point to a "ethernet to wireless adapter" from the usual sources.
Has anyone worked with any of the "embedded" solutions like this:
http://www.dpactech.com/wireless_products/embedded-802.11-wireless-module.asp
These come in various flavors, including serial -> 802.11b· Prices are about $120 - 130 (US).· A development kit is between $400 and $500.
Other companies also have RS232 -> 802.11 adapters that I've seen from around $100 and up.
Can anyone offer some insight on these might work with a Stamp/SX/Propeller?
Is a wireless PINK in the works?
