Basic Stamp Simulation

I was interested in the eyewire Simulation Studio program, which simulated the Basic Stamp and BOE-Bot, when I came across it from an internet search. Their website still exists but is dated 2004 and seems to have had little activity recently. Parallax do not sell this product anymore. Does it still exist? Can it be obtained?
From the demo/tour on the website, such a simulation looks very useful, especially the debugging screen that allows single stepping through a PBASIC program while viewing registers and variables, as an educational tool.
Any views and experience of this program would be welcomed. Is there a reason why it has apparently passed into history?
