BS2p-24 temp specs?

I can't find any temperature specifications for the BS2p-24. (or any specification sheets·actually) Please send link.

    Found it..had to go to "Stamp Comparisions" and check BS2p-24.

    I wonder what happens below 32 degrees. confused.gif· Surely the electrons are still moving. smilewinkgrin.gif

    Well, the battery starts to freeze below 32 degrees, and when that happens the 'internal resistance' rises, I believe. Possibly the oscillator stops oscillating? Capacitors lose their capacity?

    Let's see, in the cold, electrolytes quit working as well as they do at 'room temperature', which affects batteries and capacitors. I've forgotten what the impact on transistors is -- does their amplification drop or increase?
