BS2 - Matlab communication using USB connexion

I would like my BS2 to exchange data with Matlab. That would be easy (SERIN -·SEROUT) if I had an old serial BS board. Unfortunately (?) I have a brand new USB board. Any suggestion?

The USB driver maps to a vitrual COM port. When you download, note which port it uses. Use the same port on in Matlab.
