LED Control Circuit
I'm trying to make a skull with LED eyes for Halloween, but I can't get the transistors to work.·I'm trying to control an 'eye'·of four LED's with two I/O pins on my BS2 (first controls up/down, second controls left/right).· I have three groups of transistors, each with an NPN and PNP transistor. If I turn the circuit on two of the eye's LEDs·flicker and it doesn't change. Can someone help me get this circuit working? I'll attach the scematic below.
