Help file locking up

I KNOW I have seen this thread and the solutions to it, but search isn't turning anythng up. Can anyone help, either way?

    ·· Yes, this comes up about once a week since a Microsoft Security update started causing problems with the Help Files…Just launch the Help File from the Start Menu shortcut instead of from within the Editor and you should be fine.· Take care.
