TDC to Propeller

This a time to digital convertor used for high resolution measurement. I would like to try and use this with a propeller, but am a little unsure about the spi interface. I was wondering if someone could take a look at the spi specs to see if it is feasible.Thanks.

Looks to me as a simple interface. I have just completed an interface real similar to this.....with an ADC....and it was not that complicated. Although I had a lot of help......(my first Propeller interface).
