Simple UDPServer: Reciever and Transmitter in one.

I've used the udpclient.exe and udpserver.exe somewhere·on this·forum but I found it more convenient to have this in one dialog window.

Therefore I wrote a simple udptool myself. I use it besides the pink for other programming task in other languages.

I·wrote·it·in PureBasic 4.0·and as far as I know it does not need .NET stuff.
