Automotive sensors

I'm looking for an inexpensive (aka not lab grade) source of ratiometric sensors for oil and water temperature, and oil pressure. I've tried eBay, but a most seem to be switches for dummy lights. Differential outputs are OK to, I just need something that I can grab a cal sheet or limit eqquation for so I can convert volts to real data.

Thoughts?

Oh, any bright ideas for a fuel pressure gauge? Those senders are extra pricey for some reason...
