running a servo on a basic stamp without a POT

Hello all,
I was wondering if there is a way to run a servo on the basic stamp all by computer without the POT. I know in the manual there is an experiment with the POT, but I want total autonomous control. I know Parallax sells the servo controller, But I only need to control on servo. Can anyone herlp with this.

Part two,
Is there a way to run two programs together on the basic stamp? Like control my servo and run the motor mind B ?

If you mean control the servo from the BS then yes, it's done by sending pulseout commands. Several of the documents have projects that do this.
