need help using rs232 appmods

i would like to use 4 to 6 appmods on my bs2 and have each one have port #
how do i set this up in software
i have 2 servos with rs232 and motor control on another rs232
dont want to rs232 to usb,takes up room ,using pc104 board with 2 rs232 ports on my robot and hookingbasic stamp to one rs232

I'd suggest looking up those commands in the PBasic help file.
I'm sure each appmods has some sort of 'example' program to give you an idea to use it as well!
