Help identifing a part

I have recently been working with an old outdoor motion sensor that was used to turn on an outside light. their is a IC on board that I cannot identify. It is an 16 pin through hole type with the numbers 3068N above 9342M printed on the top. I think it mat be a quad op amp but·I have not been able to·trace·the numbers anywhere. If anyone has a suggestion as to where I might be able to research this part I would appreciate it.
