When a set port RA as outputs i am getting a high output before i actually set the pins to high.

if i have two LED connected to RA.0 and Ra.1 they would light up when i set the port as output. i don't want that. i want to turn the LED on only when i set the output as high.

whant to set RA pins as output, but i don't want i don't want a 0 or a 1 to be outputed at the time i set the RA· pins as output.

Try initializing the port pins to low before you make them outputs.
