GLITCHBUSTER help!!

In the last two weeks I have tried to place an order with glitchbuster (three tries), and have not recieved any response. Question: are they taking orders?·I have used two different ISP accounts, and have even checked the spam folder.

Do they have a phone number that I could call?

    I have done a lot of business with Randy at glitchbuster and have never had ANY problems. I do know that he was incommunicado for about a week, but I would have thought that he was back by now (at least, based on the fact that his web-page has been updated since then...). As far as I know, he doesn't have a glitchbuster phone line. I'll drop him a line if you like to find out if he is temporarily just not accepting calls from Earth [noparse]:)[/noparse]

    I'm friendly with Randy Jones as well, and have done the same, toboth of his email addresses. Will report back when I hear anything. As Tom said, this is very unlike Randy!

    I did order parts from him about a year ago, with·no problems.

    I will work with snail mail, or by phone IF I had an address or a phone number.

    Still checking my e-mails (both of them) for a note from Randy.

    I just got a note from Randy that his trip went on a little longer than he originally stated on the web-site. He is now back in town and you should hear from him within the next 24.

    Ditto from Randy, in a message I received today. In case you need or want it, I have his phone number now. You may not get him personally at any given time, but you will get his answering machine. If you want his phone number, just ask.

    Yes, I would like his number.
    When e-mails work, they work great, but a phone number makes a nice back-up.
