BS2 and Labview question

I know similiar·questions have been asked? However, I cannot seem to find that StampVI.llb and that StampSerial file. I would like to know if anyone has tried that example by Mr. Radcliffe. Iam using BS2 stamp and Labview 8.0 Std Ed. Also is this the right forum section for this type of post?
