BS2-IC spare parts

Hello,
I recently purchased a Boe-Bot kit for my sons to play with. We were trying to make it work but it never got past the serial port initialization stage. A few hours of troubleshooting revealed that the 2N3906 Tx level translator is missing from the rev-G BS2 board. I mean the part just isn't there anymore, just the solder pads. I could wire up a 3906 and a couple of 10K's but it would not be like the original. Does anybody here know the exact part number of the 2N3906 with the internal 10K resistors? And if possible where is it available from? I would like to buy it and restore the BS2 not only in function but in form also.
Thanks much,
Sigurd
