Best practices for running 2 QTI sensors using 3 total I/O pins.

Hello,

I have 3 I/O pins left to use on a small robot and would like to use two QTI
sensors I just picked up on the bottom of the base. Several examples that
i've seen show that each QTI sensor usually has the an I/O pin for both the
input (to turn it on) and the output. I saw anothed example that shares the
input on all of them is they are used as digital black/white sensors. For my
use i'd like to just have one I/O pin turn them both on and then be able to
check the output of each one on their own pin. Since they have a built in
470ohm resistor on the LED portion it appears that the Stamp I/O ping
should be able to drive the LED on both modules at once. Before trying
it I thought I would ask here since I am sure someone else has already
done this.

Thanks,

Robert
