·· does parallax provide sample code of visual C++·for servo controller- USB to control·the servo motors.

    Hello,

    ·· We do not provide any sample source code for any language other than those used by our controllers.· However on any PC language the procedure is the same.· You need only open the COM Port assigned to the device by the USB Driver (Use like a standard COM Port) and send serial commands just as outlined in the following documentation.· I hope this helps.· Take care.

    · do I need any driver to be installed to PC as to open the COM Port assigned to the device by the USB Driver.

    There is an FTDI VCP Driver that needs to be installed so that Windows XP recognizes the Serial Port.· THat is the only driver you need.· After that is installed you simply open the port as you would any Serial/COM Port.· I hope this helps.· Take care.
