How powerful are the Parallax Continous Rotation Servos?

Specifically, I was thinking of using four of them, one for each of the four Boe-Bot wheels on my latest project. How heavy can I make the robot and still have it be able to go at a reasonable speed, say 1 ft/sec. Also, I would like to have to robot be able to drive up a serious of stairs with one inch stairs. Any ideas? (I'm not savvy enough to calculate all this myself using the torque measurements given)

Parallax continious servos are good for lightweight robots only...
Think of using brushless motors with gear sets and parallax motor controllers for bigger sizes...
